Design Health Services offers a variety of treatment and assessment services for NDIS participants. If a support coordinator is involved, we aim to collaborate with them. You will find the services you need whether you are plan or self-managed.

Our most well-known services include the following:
OT Driving Assessments of Car/Bus/Truck, OT Functional Assessments, Home Assessments (Equipment Prescription), Pain Management and Wellness Coaching, Vocational Services, Literacy Assessments, Housing Assessments such as SIL and necessary follow-up.
